We accept returns within 60 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Certain items such as perishable goods, intimate products, or personalized/custom items are non-returnable.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted unless the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item).
Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Late or Missing Refunds

Contact your credit card company or bank — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
